This is what takes your typical Italian sausage sandwich from good, to great!

Ingredients

• One package, 5 Links, Italian Sausage
• One of each, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Orange Pepper
• 3 T of Olive Oil
• 2 T of Mike’s Hot Honey
• 1 Jar of your favorite Pasta Sauce
• 1 Package of Rolls, I love the Turano Bread French Rolls from Aldi
• Pinch of Salt
• 1/2 C of Water

Steps

1. Dice your peppers super small. Heat your cast iron skillet and add your olive oil.
2. When your skillet is hot, add your peppers, give it a good stir, the spread them out across the pan.
