Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried rosemary divided
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 3 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
- 8 oz uncooked egg noodles
- Chopped fresh parsley optional
Instructions
- Add chicken to bottom of slow cooker.
- Top with soup, seasonings, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove lid and shred chicken, add in your noodles and frozen veggies, stir and continue cooking on high for about 30-40 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
