- 20 gram milk powder
- 200 mI ice water
- White margarine 50 grams
- 1 teaspoon salt
Sprinkling / topping ingredients
- 200 gram squid, sliced round
- 250 grams of shrimp shrimps leave the tail, skin removed, and split his back
- Pineapple 150 grams, cut into small fans
- 150 gram mozzarella cheese, shredded roughly
- Parsley ½ tablespoon finely chopped and squeezed
Ingredient sauce
- Bombay ½ clove onion, finely chopped
- Tomatoes 2 pieces, seeded and cut into small squares
- 100 gram tomato sauce
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Granulated sugar teh teaspoon
- 50 ml water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
How to make bread
- Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, and milk powder and stir until blended.
- Add ice water little by little while kneading until it is smooth (not sticky on the hands)
- Add white margarine and salt, then knead until elastic, then let stand for 30 minutes.
- Divide into 3 parts, then the dough is formed round, then let stand for 10 minutes.
- Thinly round the dough with a slightly thicker side, then place it on a baking sheet without applying margarine
- Twist the sides like pastels, then prick with a fork, then let it rest for 30 minutes until fluffy.
How to make topping / topping
- Saute shrimp and squid with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until it changes color, then add ½ teaspoon of salt, then stir until smooth.
How to make sauce
- Sauté the onion until it smells good, then add the tomatoes, then cook until wilted.
How to cook / bake
- Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar, then stir until smooth, then pour water, cook until thick
- Spread the pizza with the sauce, then sprinkle the topping on top
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius until done.
