Ingredients
- 150 gr / half avocado large
- 1/2 Tuna
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced small
- 1/2 small lemon (squeezed)
- 1/2 medium cucumber cut into small cubes
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 2 shallots, sliced very thin
- 1/4 clove onion slices very thin
- a pinch of salt
- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (optional)
Step
- Thinly slice the onions and shallots. Mix water with a squeeze of lemon. Let stand briefly.
- Prepare a bowl of food. Then save all materials in the bowl.
