Ingredients


  • 150 gr / half avocado large
  • 1/2 Tuna
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, diced small
  • 1/2 small lemon (squeezed)
  • 1/2 medium cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 2 shallots, sliced very thin
  • 1/4 clove onion slices very thin
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (optional)

Step


  1. Thinly slice the onions and shallots. Mix water with a squeeze of lemon. Let stand briefly.
  2. Prepare a bowl of food. Then save all materials in the bowl.
