Portuguese egg tart home made |

Ingredients
- to taste Pastry is ready to use
- 60 grams of cheese is quickly thawed
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of UHT liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon meizena
- 60 gr sugar
Step
- Prepare a round aluminum pan or use a muffin pan too. And preheat the oven first.
- Pour in a pan, 2 egg yolks, sugar and grated cheese. Then cook it in a team way so it doesn't burn quickly, (cover the pan with a pan filled with air) stirring it by using a whisk.
- Dissolve meizene until well blended with flour, then pour into a pan of milk. Stir again until the mixture is thick and popped. After that turn off the heat.
- Prepare the pastry, roll it, then place it in an aluminum mold, follow the shape of the mold and trim it. Then stab the inside of the pastry with Fork.
- Add the milk mixture to the pastry until it is 3/4 full. Then bake in the oven until cooked and caramel brown in color.
