The ultimate steak recipe…Garlic Butter Steak served with a creamy mushroom sauce on your table in less than 20 minutes! A little butter adds richness and keeps your charred steaks juicy, with the added flavours of garlic and your choice of herbs!
Ingredients
Mushroom Sauce
- 3 mushrooms (I use shiitake)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp beef stock powder
- 1 teaspoon of dry Thyme
- 100 ml of liquid milk
- 3 tablespoons Ellenka creme fiber
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Steak
- 150 gr Wagyu (free to choose meat according to taste)
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- to taste Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dry Thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Step
- Cut the mushrooms, geprek 2 cloves of garlic
- Add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, then saute garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms that have been chopped until cooked until the color of brown mushrooms
- Then add 100 ml of liquid milk and 3 tablespoons of Ellenka creme fiber, add beef powder and dried thyme
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste on the meat then rub olive oil to taste and massage the meat so that it permeates the salt and pepper haha
- Heat the fry pan until completely hot, smoky, then add the cooked meat on each side for 1-2 minutes to medium level, then add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp dried thyme
- Turn off the heat and remove the meat, set aside for 15 minutes, then cut according to taste, pour mushroom sauce and be ready to enjoy.
